LeadTruffle vs Wakeman: two AI receptionists for contractors

Wakeman is an AI receptionist built only for home-service trades. It answers in your business’s name, asks the questions a plumber or HVAC tech would and checks the address, and for a gas smell or water near electrics it gives safety steps written in advance and tries your on-call phone during the call. LeadTruffle answers calls and texts for home-service contractors, with a focus on paid leads. Its pricing page lists four plans (Essential, Growth, Scale and Managed) and no prices: it uses “sales-led pricing”. It lists native connections to Jobber and Housecall Pro. Here are the two side by side, from each company’s own pages.
