What is missed call text back?
Missed call text back sends an automatic text to anyone whose call you didn’t answer, usually promising a call back. It’s better than silence. But the caller still hasn’t told anyone what’s wrong or where, and with a burst pipe or no heat, many won’t wait for your reply.

What happens when a call ends without a booking
- The caller gets a text — “sorry, we got cut off” — asking them to reply with the address and what’s going on. Only if they agreed to texts on the call, and never during your quiet hours.
- Your on-call phone, or yours if nobody is on call, gets the caller’s name, number, the problem and the address it heard. Straight away if it may be an emergency; after quiet hours if not.
- Every text says to reply STOP to opt out. Spam calls get nothing.

What is missed call text back?
